Shareable saves a version of your page automatically, so you can always go back.

When versions are saved

A snapshot is captured each time you publish, and as you edit a draft — so both your live history and your work-in-progress are preserved.

Browse and restore

Open a page and click Version history (the clock icon), or pick it from a tile’s menu. You can:
  • Preview any past version, exactly as it looked.
  • Restore to draft — bring an old version back as your working copy to keep editing.
  • Restore & publish — push an old version live immediately.

Name the ones that matter

Give a version a name (e.g. “Board deck — final”) and it’s kept forever. Unnamed versions are pruned over time to keep history tidy, but named versions and the current live version are never removed.
Restoring never loses anything — a restore is itself recorded as a new version, so you can always undo it.
