Have your AI build the event page

Ask Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini: “Build an event page for [event] on [date] at [place], with details and a section for an RSVP form.” You’ll get a nice, self-contained page.

Make the RSVP form

In Google Forms, create an RSVP form (Name, Attending? Guests, …). Click Send → Embed HTML and copy the snippet.

Drop the form in and publish

Tell your AI “put this RSVP form in the RSVP section” and paste the embed — or add the <iframe> to that part of the HTML yourself. Publish on Shareable and send the one link.
Sharing it with a known guest list? Set the page’s access to Specific people so only invited emails can open it — and you’ll see exactly who viewed in Analytics.
Responses collect in your Google Form; turn on its email notifications to hear about each RSVP, or pair the page with Shareable notifications to know when someone opens it.
