Shareable isn’t just for HTML pages. Drop in a PDF or an image (PNG, JPG, WebP, or GIF) and you get the same thing you get for a page: a clean link, control over who can open it, and analytics that tell you who viewed it and when. That makes it a great fit for things people share visually and privately:

Reports & proposals

Send a client a PDF report or proposal behind a link you control — and see when they open it.

Mood & inspiration boards

Interior-design boards, wedding/event inspiration, brand look-and-feel — share with a client or partner, privately, and know they looked.

Do it in 4 steps

1

Drop the file in

On your dashboard, drag a PDF or image into the upload area (or click to choose one). PNG, JPG, WebP, and GIF images are supported.
2

Name it

Give it a title — this becomes the page title and the share-preview text. Your file uploads and a private page is created.
3

Choose who can see it

In the Share dialog, pick an access mode — anyone with the link, a password, specific invited people, or anyone with a verified email. See Sharing & access.
4

Send the link, watch the views

Copy the link and send it. Viewers see your file in a clean branded viewer with a Download button — no account needed. Turn on Email me when viewed to get a heads-up the moment it’s opened, and check Analytics for who viewed and when.
Made it with AI? Claude Design and ChatGPT can export a PDF (or generate an image) — drop that straight into Shareable. See Design a page with Claude Design.
A few notes for now: files are capped at 5 MB on the free plan; editable documents like .docx / .pptx are best exported to PDF first; and SVG images aren’t supported (export a PNG instead). Publishing a PDF/image straight from the API or MCP is on the roadmap — for now, upload through the dashboard.
