# Notifications

> Get an email when someone opens your page.

Want to know the moment a page gets viewed? Turn on notifications per page.

## Turn it on

Open the **Share** dialog and flip **Email me when viewed**. From then on, you'll
get an email at your account address whenever someone opens that page.

  Notifications are **off by default** and set per page — so you only hear about the
  pages you care about.

## No spam

We send **at most one email per page per hour**, no matter how many times it's
viewed in that window — so a popular page won't flood your inbox. Open the page's
[Analytics](/guides/analytics) any time for the full picture.

Pair this with a [*verified email* page](/guides/sharing-and-access) and the
notification tells you *which* email opened your deck.
